This shade grown coffee is native to the Morobe district , near the villages of Aseki and Menyamya, in the southwestern part of Papua New Guinea. In the cup, it's rich and full bodied with a striking acidity and a soothing long finish.

Features:
- All of Coffee Masters’ specialty coffees are offered in 5lb and 12oz nitrogen-flushed foil bags and packaged whole bean. Immediately after roasting, the coffee is packaged into nitrogen-flushed bags. This process forces nitrogen into the package, replacing the oxygen that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee.
- All of our coffees are certified Kosher. 12 oz. valve bags are packed 4 bags to a case.
