- Mountain Water Process Decaf
- A decaffeination process that uses clear, pure glacial water to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. Green coffee beans are immersed in water that contains soluble components of the flavor to extract the caffeine while maintaining their original flavor. As a result, the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine free.
- All of Coffee Masters’ specialty coffees are offered in 5lb and 12oz nitrogen-flushed foil bags and packaged whole bean. Immediately after roasting, the coffee is packaged into nitrogen-flushed bags. This process forces nitrogen into the package, replacing the oxygen that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee.
- All of our coffees are certified Kosher. 12 oz. valve bags are packed 4 bags to a case.
